I learned to sell before I learned to build.

Before Therapeia, I sold. Japanese used cars to buyers in Africa and the Caribbean. Insurance plans to families in Karachi. Web development to companies in the United States. Five years of it, and the same lesson every time: people don’t buy features. They buy the feeling that the person across the table understands their problem and will actually handle it.
That’s what I bring to a practice website. The technical side matters, and my team is very good at it: speed, structure, search. But the reason our sites bring in clients is that we start with the person on the other side of the screen: nervous, comparing tabs, deciding whether to reach out.
I founded Therapeia Web Design in 2022 to build websites for one kind of client, properly, instead of every kind of client, adequately. Since then the team has delivered 500+ websites for therapists, counselors, coaches, and clinics across the US, UK, and Canada, and taken on delivery work for partner agencies who trust us with their own clients.
The team works from Karachi: developers, a designer, SEO and content specialists, and a project lead who makes sure you always know where things stand. Our clients are in California, Colorado, Toronto, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Essex. We keep US and UK hours for calls, and we’ve learned that distance matters far less than whether your email gets answered the same day.
How I work
Understand the business problem before choosing a tool. A slow site and an empty calendar are different problems with different fixes.
Fewer review points, fixed in advance. Two rounds of feedback move a project further than ten.
Reports in plain English. If you need a glossary to read it, it isn’t a report.
No lock-in. You own the domain, the hosting, and the site. We’d rather earn the renewal.
MBA in Marketing, Karachi University Business School. Google Project Management Professional Certificate. Founder, Therapeia Web Design, a UK-registered agency based in Bolton, Manchester.

One message is enough to start. I read every one myself and reply within one business day.
